What you provide

Our forms request your contact details, project information, and, for contractor submissions, attached plans or images. Only share documents you are authorized to provide. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Reviewing and sending

Selecting Request a Quote or Submit Plans transmits your details and attachments through the website server and a Google Apps Script email service to info@rvswindows.com, an alias of chris@rvswindows.com in Google Workspace.

How we use the information

RVS uses inquiry details and plans to respond, evaluate product needs, and discuss appropriate professional connections. If sharing plans or contact details with an independent professional becomes necessary, we will discuss that next step with you.

Storage and service providers

The current form service forwards submissions by email and does not create a separate project database. Submitted details and attachments remain in our business email account and may be retained in project correspondence. Google processes the submission to deliver and store email. The hosting provider may process technical request information as part of serving the website.

External resources

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to Google reviews and manufacturer websites. Those services receive connection information when used and operate under their own privacy policies.
